Business Directory Listings

TindaBook may include business listings from publicly available sources. If your business appears in the directory and you wish to update or remove it, contact tindabook@talatash.com.

Service Description

TindaBook provides tools to help entrepreneurs plan and manage their businesses, including planning tools, inventory tracking, sales monitoring, and business directory listings.

User Accounts

Users must provide accurate information and protect their login credentials.

Subscription Plans

TindaBook may offer subscription plans such as Starter Plan and Business Plan. Users may cancel subscriptions at any time.

User Content

Users may upload business information, products, services, images, or promotions. Content must be lawful and accurate.

Limitation of Liability

TindaBook provides tools but business decisions remain the responsibility of the user.

Platform Availability

Temporary service interruptions may occur during maintenance or updates.

1. Program Overview

• The TindaBook Referral Program allows registered users to earn rewards by referring new users to the platform.
• Each user is assigned a unique referral code that can be shared with others.
• All active members of TindaBook are granted access to the platform, including a built-in Referral Wallet System where earnings are tracked and managed.

2. Referral Rewards Structure

Rewards are granted based on successful paid subscriptions using your referral code:

3. Billing Cycle Definition

• The billing cycle begins only upon successful payment of a subscription.
• The billing cycle is not based on the registration or sign-up date.
• Each billing cycle runs for 30 days from the date of payment.

4. Recurring Reward Conditions

• Recurring rewards apply only to active and successfully paid subscriptions.
• If the referred user cancels, fails to pay, or downgrades to a non-recurring plan, recurring rewards will stop immediately.
• Rewards may resume if the subscription is reactivated, subject to system validation and original referral attribution.

5. Upgrade and Downgrade Policy

In the event that a referred user upgrades or downgrades their subscription plan:

• The current referral reward (based on the existing plan) will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
• The new referral reward (based on the updated plan) will take effect on the next billing cycle after payment renewal.

6. Referral Attribution and Lifetime Validity

• Each referred user is permanently linked to the original referral code used during their first successful registration or subscription.
• This referral relationship is lifetime-based.
• If the referred user cancels, becomes inactive, leaves the platform, and later returns using the same registered email address, the system will automatically detect and honor the original referral code.
• All future eligible rewards will continue to be credited to the original referrer.

7. Attribution Integrity

• Referral ownership cannot be transferred, reassigned, or changed once established.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts for self-referral
• Attempting to override an existing referral
• Using different referral codes after initial registration

Violations may result in forfeiture of rewards, account suspension, or termination.

8. Referral Wallet System

• All referral earnings are credited to the user's TindaBook Wallet.
• The wallet allows users to: monitor total earnings, view referral history, and track available balance.
• TindaBook reserves the right to audit wallet activity at any time.

9. Reward Crediting

• Rewards are credited within 24–72 hours after successful payment.
• Rewards may be placed under review for verification.
• Only cleared rewards will be reflected as withdrawable balance.

10. Withdrawal Policy

• Users may withdraw funds from their wallet subject to the following:
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱500
• Withdrawal requests are subject to verification and approval.
• Withdrawal fees may apply depending on the selected withdrawal method. Applicable fees will be disclosed before confirmation.
• Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

11. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Fake or dummy registrations
• Use of bots, scripts, or automation
• Spamming referral links
• Misrepresentation of TindaBook services
• Offering unauthorized incentives for sign-ups

Violations may result in cancellation of rewards, account suspension or termination, or permanent ban from the referral program.

12. Fraud Detection and Review

• TindaBook reserves the right to review all referral and wallet activities.
• TindaBook may withhold, reverse, or adjust rewards deemed fraudulent.
• TindaBook may suspend accounts under investigation.
• All decisions made by TindaBook are final.

13. Program Modifications

TindaBook reserves the right to:

• Modify reward amounts
• Adjust withdrawal limits or fees
• Update program mechanics
• Suspend or terminate the referral program at any time

14. Account Responsibility

• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and referral codes.
• TindaBook is not liable for unauthorized access or misuse.

15. Limitation of Liability

TindaBook is not responsible for:

• Delays in reward processing due to verification
• Withdrawal delays caused by third-party providers
• Losses resulting from misuse of the referral system

By participating in the TindaBook Referral Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
